Regency Fitness Darwen Fun Day hoping to be a big ‘HIIT’ for charity

Darwen Leisure Centre have announced a Regency Fitness Fun Day featuring Hiitstep Games Grand Prix, Zumba, Bokwa & Clubbercise, all in aid of charity Lancashire Mind.

On Sunday 22nd September they will be hosting a fitness fun day in the sports hall with a stage complete with sound and lighting system.

The Hiitstep​ team will be running a masterclass at 10am followed by team games and relays to compete for the Hiitstep Grand Prix winning team! All abilities welcome.

They will then be hosting a big Zumba, Bokwa and Clubbercise party (from 2pm) with the lights dimmed and glow sticks at hand! (Juniors over 8yrs welcome)

Refreshments and face/bodypainters will also be on site.

There is a suggested a donation of £1 per person for the event however you are encouraged to please bring some extra change with you for the face painting and refreshments, all proceeds will go to Lancashire Mind​.
